Accfin's back office system for the accounting profession is totally integrated between all the various disciplines in the accounting firm. All common data is shared among all the backoffice applications. These being Tax Manager, Tax Advisor, iTax Connect, Secretarial Assistant and Time Right. A unique feature of Professional Series is that not only is the data integrated but all the software modules are also integrated only taking up one session per terminal on the network, but allowing each user access to all the necessary information required. Every user on the system is only one or two clicks away from anything. Eg. From within any part of the application i.e. the tax system or the secretarial system you are only 2 clicks from seeing what the clients debtors balance is or what the unbilled WIP is!

To our group of professional products we have now added Doc-Em a document management system that will automatically catch all the paper produced by Professional Series.

Commercial Range of Products

Accfin's  niche commercial range of products include's Pad Accounting, Pad Payroll and Cash Flow Forecaster and are designed to run any small to medium sized business. All these products are unique and have features found in products that are far more expensive. Pad accounting is sold as a one box system with all the necessary modules.
