The majority of the large international accounting firms in South Africa make use of our Tax Manager and Secretarial Assistant products in their tax and secretarial practices.  It is with the advent of Tax Advisor and iTax Connect that these firms are now migrating to our eFilng interface so that they have a total eFiling solution.

With Accfin being the market leader in the tax field and being at least 2 years ahead of any competitor all large firms have standardised on our tax products.

Accfin’s tax and secretarial products are very strong at transactional billing.  Many of these firms make use of our invoicing application so that when they do say a tax return submission or a company secretarial transaction, they invoice it immediately.  The invoice is produced and although these companies do not use our time billing system, an export file is generated and imported into their larger country wide billing systems.

Because of the strict risk control requirements that these firms have, Accfin has built into the software very strong facilities to track and control each aspect of the process of say producing a tax return.  Our task management system meets with the risk control requirements of these firms and each stage of the process can be signed off and tracked.
