Unsolicited Compliments From Our Clients After recent IRP6 run
A note to potential customers. Its not what we say its more important about what our customers say. Listed below are compliments we have received after a very stressful provsional tax run.
Hi ACCFIN
With the submissions of IRP 6 returns for end of August 2010 completed, we would like to congratulate and thank you for what you did. All the m any hours, days, weeks and months you put in to achieve the results we have now, were not easy for you at ACCFIN.
For us it also was not always easy. We had problems, we stressed, we worried, we got frustrated – but in the end it was worth it. I submitted one or two IRP 6 returns on the eFiling web site. It is OK, but we can never do all our hundreds of clients like that.
With great anticipation we submitted the IRP 6 returns, they were QUEUED and how fantastic was it the next day, to update and find almost all of then were SUCCESSFUL. The few that failed, we quickly sorted out, solved the problems and they were successfully submitted again. I am also very thankful for all the patience and kindness I received from the support team. They were always very helpful and understanding, was it over the phone or by e-mail and in the end together we solved everything.
I am sure in the future things will get easier for you and for us (if SARS does not changes everything again) and it might even be enjoyable to attend to the tax affairs of the clients.

Just want to mention how impressed I am with the software and with the solid background information you supply i your emails.
We are very new users and have had some teething problems but I see the potential once we master all the available functionality.
I mentioned to Gladwin that I am surprised, despite being in practice for 6 years that I had never before heard of the software.
It may be an idea to set up a stand and do some marketing at SAIPA training seminars here in the Cape.
I don’t know how we managed before getting this software.
